After 10 years with the leading Emaar group, I looked for a new role, industry and Country which led to a new chapter, as Senior Manager, People Experience for Noon, Cairo, Egypt. With some retail understanding from my time in Emaar Malls, I was attracted to the future of the fast, dynamic, ecommerce sector with the complexity of growth in a massive, new business startup.
